Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Mill ("Mill," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Glancerr LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mill. These Terms do not take away any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Mill for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. Each authenticated identity has one personal Mill account. Mill currently does not provide team accounts, shared workspaces, or a community skill-publishing library.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and activity that occurs under your account. Contact hello@glancerr.com promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

2. The Service

Mill is an AI-powered work platform. Depending on your plan, settings, and available providers, you can use it to research, reason, create or edit content, work with files, manage personal Memory, build projects, apps and compositions, run code in isolated Sandboxes, and connect to external services. Mill may use third-party AI models, tools, websites, and infrastructure. Features and provider availability can change.

Mill may carry out multi-step work, resume Runs, browse or interact with websites, run code, and use connected accounts or custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers when you ask it to. Some actions can have external effects—for example, publishing a post, changing a connected account, or using paid capacity. Review your prompts, connection permissions, approval settings, and results. You are responsible for ensuring that Mill's requested actions are appropriate and authorized.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them, especially for factual, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other consequential uses. Mill is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Connected services and custom MCPs

You may connect third-party services, including social accounts, through supported authorization flows, or configure a custom MCP server. You authorize Mill to access and act on the connected account or server as needed to carry out your instructions and the permissions you grant. This can include retrieving information, creating or editing content, publishing or scheduling posts, managing supported advertising operations, and retrieving analytics.

Your use of each third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for having authority to connect the account, submit content, and request actions, and for complying with the third party's rules. A custom MCP server is selected and configured by you; its operator may receive requests and Run information and may perform actions according to its own service and policies. Mill does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, decisions, security, or actions outside Mill.

You can disconnect supported services in Mill's settings. Disconnecting a service or deleting your Mill account does not remove information or content already held by that provider or content already published to an external platform.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Plans and capacity

Plan prices and included capacity are shown when you subscribe. Plans may include recurring credits, storage, and concurrency. Credits are usage units for billable features and operations; cost may depend on the model or provider, inputs and outputs, compute, and other resources used. Concurrency limits how many eligible operations can run at once; additional work may wait until capacity is available. Storage covers durable account files, including files you upload or create and project-related files.

We may change future plan prices, capacity, or usage rates with reasonable notice. Any provider, model, feature, rate, or limit may change or become unavailable.

Payments and auto-reload

Stripe processes purchases made on Mill's website. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through the Apple App Store; purchases made in the Android app are processed through Google Play. Mill uses RevenueCat to verify store purchases and maintain subscription status. Subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at purchase until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method while the subscription remains active. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription through the billing controls available in Mill. Manage and cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription through the store where you subscribed.

You may buy credit top-ups. If you enable auto-reload, Mill may purchase the reload amount you choose when your balance falls below your chosen threshold, subject to the monthly spending cap you configure. You can change or disable auto-reload in settings. Stripe credit top-ups and auto-reloaded credits expire 90 days after purchase. Credits purchased through the App Store or Google Play do not expire. Store purchases require confirmation for each purchase; auto-reload is available only for Stripe payments. Any other expiration terms will be shown with the relevant credit purchase or in the product.

Credits, storage, concurrency, and connected-service use are measured under the usage rules shown in Mill. Except where required by applicable law, payments and unused credits are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right.

Cancellation and billing interruption

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops renewal, and access continues only as indicated in your billing status and plan. A payment failure or ended subscription may suspend subscription-funded features and start the account-retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy. Some connected services may have separate charges or billing periods; their status and any applicable charge are shown in Mill. Mill may queue, pause, limit, or stop work when capacity, payment status, provider conditions, or security requirements require it.

5. Storage, retention, and account deletion

If a subscription ends or an unresolved payment failure starts an account-retention lifecycle, Mill clears all files in the account's durable storage by day 7 after the lifecycle starts, whatever those files contain. This is not limited to generated files. Mill schedules deletion of the account and its remaining account data by day 90 after the lifecycle starts, unless billing is restored and the lifecycle is canceled before deletion. The Privacy Policy describes the schedule and account-data handling in more detail.

You may use Settings → Delete account to request account deletion sooner. Deletion cancels a Stripe subscription, interrupts active work, disconnects supported third-party services, clears account file storage, and deletes the Mill account and sign-in identity. Deleting your Mill account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately through the store where you subscribed. Some downstream deletion steps may take additional time. It does not delete content already sent to or stored by third parties, including posts already published on an external platform. Information may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, protect the Service, or establish or defend legal claims.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mill to:

violate applicable law or another person's rights;
create, publish, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material;
violate the rules of a connected platform or misuse an account you are not authorized to use;
bypass usage, credit, storage, concurrency, security, or access controls;
introduce malicious code, interfere with Mill or its providers, or attempt unauthorized access; or
use Mill to substantially copy the Service to create a competing product.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, or address non-payment.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you have in prompts, instructions, files, code, and other material you submit. You grant Mill a limited, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, and process that material only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and carry out your instructions. This includes making it available to the AI providers, tools, connected services, Sandboxes, or custom MCP servers involved in the work you request.

As between you and Mill, you own outputs Mill generates for you to the extent ownership can exist under applicable law, and may use them for lawful personal or commercial purposes. Outputs may not be unique and may contain material subject to third-party rights or provider terms. You are responsible for confirming that you have rights to the inputs you submit and for how you use, publish, or distribute outputs.

Mill and its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology belong to Glancerr LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the Service, not ownership of Mill.

You retain rights in the instructions and other content you write for personal reusable Skills in your account. You authorize Mill to store and process that material to make those Skills available to you in the Service. Mill does not currently offer a community skill-publishing library.

8. Third-party services and availability

Mill depends on third-party AI, infrastructure, billing, connector, social, and other providers. Those providers may change, limit, reject, throttle, suspend, or discontinue their services. Their decisions or outages may delay, alter, prevent, or interrupt a Run or connected action. Mill does not guarantee that any particular model, provider, feature, price, capacity, or output will remain available or unchanged.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT A PARTICULAR CAPACITY, SPEED, COST, OR QUALITY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mill and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Mill for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Glancerr LLC against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Mill, your violation of these Terms, material you submit, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from Mill's own breach or conduct for which you cannot legally be required to indemnify us.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Mill, cancel your subscription, or request account deletion as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or security risks. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, licenses needed to complete their purpose, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification—survive termination to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or our obligations change. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Where required, we will give notice of material changes before they take effect. If you do not agree to a change, stop using Mill and cancel your subscription. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to your relationship with Mill. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and remedies provided by the law of your habitual residence; nothing here requires you to give up those protections or restricts a forum or remedy that applicable law guarantees.
