Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mill ("Mill," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Mill, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mill.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mill. By using Mill, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Mill on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at hello@glancerr.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Description of Service
Mill is an AI-powered platform that generates content (text, images, video, audio, code, and other formats), executes multi-step tasks, connects to third-party services and accounts on your behalf, and can act autonomously based on instructions and configurations you provide.
Mill uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate outputs. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, may not always reflect your intent precisely, and should be reviewed before relying on it or publishing it, particularly for factual, legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive purposes.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
4.1 Plans and credits
Mill operates on a subscription model. Each plan includes a recurring monthly (or annual) allotment of credits, a storage limit, and a concurrency limit, as described on our pricing page. Credits are consumed based on actual usage of AI generation, sandbox compute, and related variable-cost features.
4.2 Top-ups and auto-reload
You may purchase additional credits ("top-ups") at any time. You may optionally enable automatic top-up purchases when your balance falls below a threshold you configure, subject to any monthly spending cap you set.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions and top-up purchases are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for future billing cycles.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or an unresolved failed payment, paid features and active connections to third-party platforms are disabled. Generated content stored in our infrastructure is retained for 7 days, and account data (chat history, settings, automations) is retained for 90 days, after which it is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.5 No refunds
Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including unused credits and partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Mill to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Generate, post, or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights of others.
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to Mill (including social media platforms, GitHub, payment processors, or other integrations).
- Attempt to circumvent Mill's credit, storage, or concurrency limits.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Mill's infrastructure or security.
- Use Mill to develop a competing product based on substantially copying Mill's functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Connected Third-Party Services
Mill allows you to connect third-party accounts and services (social media platforms, GitHub, payment and database providers, custom integrations) to extend its functionality. When you connect a third-party service:
- You authorize Mill to access and act on that account as instructed by you, including posting content, retrieving data, and executing automations.
- Your use of that third-party service remains subject to that service's own terms of service, and you are responsible for complying with them.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, or for any consequences arising from actions taken on a connected account.
You may disconnect a third-party service at any time through your account settings.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, instructions, and original materials you provide to Mill.
7.2 Generated content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content Mill generates for you and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, except where:
- The output incorporates third-party material subject to its own licensing terms (for example, certain AI model outputs may carry usage restrictions imposed by the underlying model provider).
- You do not have the rights to underlying material you provided as input (for example, uploading someone else's copyrighted work or a person's likeness without permission).
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any material you upload to Mill, and for how you use any content Mill generates.
7.3 Our platform
Mill, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by Glancerr LLC and is not licensed to you beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
7.4 Automations and skills you create
If you create reusable automations or skills within Mill, you retain ownership of the instructions you wrote, subject to any rights you grant to other users if you choose to publish them to a community/shared library.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Mill's outputs are generated using third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on it, publishing it, or using it for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety implications. Mill does not warrant the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
9. Autonomous Actions and Automations
Mill can act autonomously in two ways:
Within a task or conversation: Mill may take multi-step actions — browsing the web, generating content, writing and executing code, interacting with connected accounts — as part of completing something you ask for in a single session, without requiring your confirmation at each step. By using Mill, you authorize it to take these actions on your behalf as part of fulfilling your requests.
Configured automations: you may also set up automations that run on a schedule, in response to triggers (such as events from connected platforms), or on demand. By creating an automation, you authorize Mill to take the configured actions without further confirmation from you each time it runs.
In both cases, you are responsible for reviewing the instructions and configurations you provide, and for monitoring outcomes — particularly where Mill is posting content, spending credits, or interacting with third-party accounts on your behalf.
10. Disclaimers
MILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MILL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mill's AI generation, reasoning, and automation features depend on third-party AI model providers, infrastructure services, and platform integrations outside of our control. We do not guarantee the continuous availability, quality, accuracy, or consistency of outputs produced by these upstream providers. If a third-party provider experiences an outage, changes their capabilities, degrades in quality, or discontinues a service, Mill is not liable for any resulting impact on your use of Mill or the outputs you receive. We pass through the capabilities we have access to, and the limits of those capabilities are the limits of what Mill can provide.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO MILL WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glancerr LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Mill, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any third-party rights or third-party platform terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mill at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. You may stop using Mill and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of Mill after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your location. Where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides additional rights or protections, those will apply.
