Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Mill ("Mill," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered platform operated by Glancerr LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Mill, including our website and application (collectively, the "Service").

By using Mill, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mill.

Mill is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

  • Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted), and any profile information you provide.
  • Payment information: billing details processed through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
  • Content you create or upload: prompts, instructions, generated text, images, video, audio, code, documents, and any files you upload or that Mill generates on your behalf.
  • Connected account credentials: when you connect third-party services (social media platforms, GitHub, Stripe, Supabase, or other integrations), we store the authorization tokens necessary to act on your behalf, via secure third-party authentication infrastructure.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support or other purposes.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: how you interact with Mill, including features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
  • Device and log information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and similar technical information.
  • Credit and billing usage: records of credits consumed, storage used, and actions taken that affect your account balance.

1.3 Information from third parties

When you connect a third-party account (e.g., a social media platform, GitHub, or another integration), we receive information from that service as authorized by you and as permitted by that service's own terms, including account identifiers, content, and metadata necessary to provide Mill's features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Mill's features, including AI-driven content generation, automation, and publishing.
  • Process payments and manage billing, credits, and subscriptions.
  • Communicate with you, including service updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • Monitor, secure, and improve Mill, including detecting fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Mill does not use your prompts, content, or generated outputs to train our own AI systems.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide Mill's generation and reasoning features, your prompts and content are processed by third-party AI model providers. We do not select or control which specific providers process any given request, as this is handled dynamically through our infrastructure to provide the best available model for your task.

Some of these third-party providers may have their own data retention or model-training policies that differ from ours. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how third-party AI providers handle data once it is processed through their systems, beyond what is described here. Where technically available, we take steps to limit data retention and opt out of training on your behalf, but we encourage you to avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information in prompts if you have specific concerns about third-party processing.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate Mill:

  • Service providers: infrastructure and processing partners we rely on to operate Mill, including hosting and compute providers, AI model providers (as described in Section 3), payment processing, social media and third-party integration platforms, and analytics/communication tools. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
  • Connected third-party platforms: when you direct Mill to take an action on a connected account (e.g., posting to a social media platform), the relevant content and account information is shared with that platform as part of completing your request.
  • Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mill, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: if Glancerr LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: we retain your information for as long as your account remains active.
  • Generated assets (images, video, audio, documents, and similar content stored in our infrastructure): if your subscription is canceled or a payment fails, these assets are retained for 7 days from the date of cancellation or the first failed payment attempt, after which they are deleted. This window exists to protect against accidental cancellation or temporary payment issues.
  • Account data (chat history, settings, automation configurations): retained for 90 days following cancellation or an unresolved payment failure, after which it is deleted, unless you request earlier deletion of your account.
  • Account deletion: you may request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

These retention windows reflect our current practice as of the date of this policy and may be adjusted from time to time.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Accessing the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correcting inaccurate information.
  • Requesting deletion of your information.
  • Objecting to or restricting certain processing.
  • Requesting a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@glancerr.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of certain disclosures.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data, access controls, and secure infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Mill operates using infrastructure and service providers that may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Mill may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, remember your preferences, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Mill's functionality.

10. Content Ownership

Questions about who owns content you create using Mill are addressed in our Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an email or in-app notification).
